Senior Associate Attorney LL.M. in Taxation
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Brittany moved to Dallas in 2010 to attend Southern Methodist University.
After graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in History, Brittany began her career at Sharpe Law Group in 2014 as a paralegal. She attended law school while continuing to work for the firm and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University School of Law. She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2021. While in law school, Brittany served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Texas A&M Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Tax Law Society. She has an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Brittany primarily practices in the areas of estate planning, wealth transfer planning, for profit and nonprofit entity formation, business succession planning, and asset protection. From entity formation to entity termination, Brittany works with clients’ other advisors to appropriately structure closely held entities and related transactions. In addition, Brittany advises clients during estate and trust administration, and prepares gift and estate tax returns.
