She received her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2025, graduating with Distinction Honors.
During law school, Gabbi was selected for the Dean’s Leadership Fellowship and served as a Director on the Board of Advocates.
In 2025, she returned to Texas and joined Sharpe Law Group, where she assists clients with estate planning and trust administration. She is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and the Dallas Bar Association.
In her free time, Gabbi likes baking her way through a growing list of dessert recipes.
