She is originally from the Houston area and graduated from the University of North Texas in 2019 with a B.A. in English Language Arts with a concentration in Secondary Education. Before joining the firm, Loreena was an educator in Dallas ISD for four years. Loreena primarily assists our Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Compliance Team.
