Nicole began her legal career in 1996 recovering assets for both secured and unsecured creditors as a bankruptcy analyst and paralegal at a large law firm in Dallas. Later, she worked with a state representative, as part of his personal injury and civil litigation team, coordinating multi-million dollar settlement distributions for clients suffering from asbestos exposure. Since joining Sharpe Law Group in 2006, her duties with the firm include preparing estate planning, probate and business organization documents, transferring real property and mineral interests to fund trusts and business organizations, and preparing gifting and business transactional documents.

Nicole is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the paralegal program at the University of North Texas. Nicole is an active member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She previously served as the Probate Law Section Chair for the Dallas Area Paralegal Association and currently serves on the Paralegal Commission of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
