SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 12, 2026 These SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Sharpe Law Group to your mobile device. By providing your mobile phone number and verbally opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

1. Program Description

You are opting into the Sharpe Law messaging program. We may send you messages related to:
  • Appointment reminders
  • Customer support responses
  • Account notifications

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Not all carriers or handsets support all features (e.g., MMS).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
